• One of the two most important buildings in Comhal, "built at the dawn of the Second Aeon"
• Situated opposite to the University
• Place where the Aosdan were judged by the Adjudicator
• "the Palace of Justice was a series of roughly-cut stone slabs stacked upon one another [...] lit by torches"
• At least some cases were public (looks just like our own courts)
• It has catacombs for like temporary cells
