Mountain People

According to Napie, "Shadows of Aosda":

• Napie herself is one.
• Also called "Tuatha de Tem" or "Earth Children"
• Kobolds consider them as being of nature different than humans
• They have a monkey tail used to keep their balance
  • Legend says it keeps them connected to the natural world
  • Colouring of the tail but is usually between gold and dark brown sometimes with spots
• Said to be the founders of the Monks
• They use the Chi to fight which makes them very adept to hand to hand fighting
• They're physically stronger than the normal human
• Legend says that they're bound to an animal guardian that they could shift form into if they're good enough. Usually normal woodlands creatures.
• They fought a lot against Darkness leaving their population small
• The pregnancy for women is longer and more dangerous than normal humans
• Are usually peaceful
• Reibecca Shi created a plague to transform them into normal humans
